Now this can be done with any protein of choice and an endless collection of Veggies, have fun playing with the ingredients
2 cups of diced pork
1 minced garlic
2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
Oil of choice
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup french green beans
1 red pepper, diced
2 medium carrots, ribboned
5 green onions, whites diced and greens ribbon cut
1 tablespoon low salt soy sauce
1 tablespoon roast sesame seeds
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Place pork, 1 minced garlic and sweet chili sauce in a ziploc bag, seal, toss to coat, and place in fridge for at least an hour.
Place wok on medium/high heat, add about 2 tablespoons of oil and bring to a shimmer.
Now add pork, 4 minced cloves of garlic and cook until firm. Remove and set aside
Next add peppers, carrots, french green beans and the whites of the onions, saute until soft, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Now add the bean sprouts, stir, followed by the soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar and toss to coat.
Return pork, add sesame seeds and onion greens, toss to combine, warm, serve.
