This book of recipes came out of what I call our “95% Vegan Journey", having to face cancer head-on, to change our diet to a mostly plant-based, rethinking the combination of ingredients I use when creating a dish and what they can do to aid in rebuilding and healing the body.

 

There are over 50 recipes in this “Small Book of Recipes," with Vegetables as the central star in all the dishes. Many of the recipes can be easily adapted to vegan but swapping out an ingredient or two. I choose to create mostly Vegetarian recipes because I need the properties of some of the non-vegan ingredients to help with the healing.
